My fourth USA Today piece

The first is of Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley discussing his massive reform plan to balance the state's budget. The second is of Maryland Attorney General who came to the poultry-heavy Eastern Shore and told Perdue and other chicken-industry reps that farmers need tougher penalties and enforcement.
